Payment
Pay fees in one of two ways:
- Pay online: CAAHF Payments Center
- Pay by mail: You must enclose a note with the name of the organization matching that in the form you submitted online. Otherwise, we cannot match your payment to your form. Mail a signed copy to: Celebrating Asian American Heritage Foundation, 3941 Legacy Dr., Suite 204 #B127, Plano, TX 75023
FAQs
- When are forms released?
- Typically, they are released in February or March.
- When do forms stop accepting submissions?
- For performances, this typically happens around April 1 due to the need to finalize the performance schedule in the month preceding the festival.
- For booths, this typically happens a week or so before the festival, though it could be extended depending on the year.
- For food vendors, this happens around April 1 due to the need to provide insurance and get certifications from the City of Plano's Health Department.
- Where is the parking and loading permit form?
- This form is not publicly shared because parking and loading privileges are reserved for certain categories of booth vendors, performers, and sponsors.
- Are forms available in Word or PDF format?
- Before 2021, forms were available in Word and PDF format. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we stopped accepting applications by mail for health and safety reasons. As of 2021, all application forms have been migrated to Google Forms. There aren't any plans to offer Word or PDF forms anymore.
